We will meet the Spirit of some powerful plants through shamanic journeys, Circles of deeper explorations, and moments of stillness in nature.
This is your chance to reconnect with nature, remembering a connection lost deep within.

You will learn how to make plant medicine, and create your own herbal apothecary to help your nervous system through your busy life.
