Yoni steaming is a gentle traditional self-care practice in which you sit over a warm pot of water and herbs that have specific healing properties. Potential benefits steaming may help with: improve uterine function, irregular discharge, menstrual issues, old blood residue, energy flow in the body, relief from trauma, fertility issues, postpartum recovery, menopause and more Please note it is not recommended to steam while pregnant, menstruating, fresh spotting, genital burning itch, recent spontaneous bleeding, when trying to conceive, post-surgery.
