I hope you are doing well and keeping cool during this hot weather! I wanted to share two lovely herbal infusion recipes that will help you with this heat!
The first one is hibiscus and lemon in cold water this infuses in just a matter of one or two hours (although you could also keep it overnight and drink it in the morning) this is refreshing and full of Vitamin C drink, the hibiscus also helps with lowering of blood pressure, protects the heart and helps us stay energized during the heat.
Measurements: half a lemon (or a whole lemon if you like your water really lemony!) plus a big pinch of hibiscus in cold water. If you would like this to be a bit sweeter add some honey
I also invite you to have another cold infusion of marshmallow root, nettle, and mint, this will be really nourishing and full of minerals and vitamins as well as extremely refreshing, hydrating and anti-inflammatory! Measurements: two big pinches (or more) of both marshmallow root and mint!
Both can be added straight to the fridge and left to infuse in it at least for an hour or longer, I recommend using a mason jar or a jar that is for a litre of water

Initially, I had been asked just to cover some events for the full moon as one of their practitioners was away BUT after they have seen the beautiful community that we are creating, they asked me to continue with my New Moon Circles!
