A weekend of spiritual connection in one of the UK's most beautiful locations - this is a retreat for your mind, body and spirit, where we will work in multidimensional ways to connect with the consciousness of plants. We will learn how to make plant spirits our allies, become their allies and work with magickal medicines to form deeper connections to healing ourselves.

You will be guided through a weekend of ceremony and circle with many igniting explorations designed to reignite your wild. We are so excited for you to join us on retreat this Summer, on a beautiful odyssey of soulful practices, powerful transformation, and deep healing. This weekend experience is formed around the principles of natural medicine - plants, food, nature, sound, movement and breath to prompt a gentle unfolding and rewilding.

The three day/three night escape is woven through with the honouring of nature’s elements; wild swimming in the ocean, forest drumming circles, ceremonies in the beautiful garden grove, and a collaboration with plant spirit medicine to bind us back to the Earth beneath us.

Wild Medicine embodies the essence of our joint offerings in one enchanted and high vibration weekend of celebration and a reclamation of the divine feminine. Transcendental sonic bathing, wild embodiment, explorative meditation, potent pranayama, astral journeying and a deep dive into the embrace of nature’s wildest edges and elements.

WHAT IS THE FOOD GOING TO BE LIKE?

All our meals will be vegan, plant-based and organic, with gluten free and other dietary requirements can be catered for on request.

HOW IS ACCOMMODATION CONFIGURED?

We have several rooms up for grabs! Some of the rooms we have available are double beds and so would be more suitable for friends or partners - if you are happy to be placed in a double bedroom with someone else then please do let us know. Otherwise, let us know your preferences on sharing or private accommodation.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCED SOUND BATHING BEFORE?

All are very welcome and you can be a complete beginner. There will be two powerful sound experiences throughout the weekend, so it’s good to have a sense of how you respond to this depth of work. I recommend tuning into one of my available sound journeys online if you're brand new.

WHAT ABOUT PLANT SPIRIT MEDICINE? I’M A BEGINNER!

You don't need to have experience for this! You will be guided to connect with plant spirit in the ceremonies by meditation and shamanic drumming in a safe and gentle way, all you need is an open heart to receive this beautiful plant medicine.

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS INCLUDED?

There will be two gentle, morning vinyasa classes and a yin yoga/nidra which are floor based. Experience is not necessary, all levels can be taught together and modifications are always available for any injuries or conditions. Yoga will be taught outside, amongst the natural world, so please prepare accordingly. In case of wet weather, we will be practising outside under cover.

ARE ALL ASPECTS COMPULSORY?

We'd like to create cohesion and connection amongst the group so encourage full participation. However it’s your body and your time, so if you feel called to skip a class or experience, it’s up to you. Please note that doing so will not affect the price in any way as all pricing is fully inclusive.

WHAT’S THE BOOKING POLICY?

Your deposit is non-refundable. The balance payment is due by May 27th, payment plans are available on request. If I have to cancel for any reason your payments are refundable in full. Refunds upon customer cancellation (less the deposit which is non refundable in all cases) are available up to and including May 13th  after which no refunds can be given.
