“The menstrual cycle's not the problem - rather, it's a culture that says women should be a certain way and not another.” Wild Power

Let's also reframe the idea of monthly bleeding as just a biological process for childbearing, instead seeing it as part of a bigger cycle which women can harness to listen to their bodies, understand their emotions, and use to their own advantage.

So excited to have Isobel Ripley, a FAM (Fertility Awareness Method) educator and all-round inspiring menstrual awareness advocate talk about her own journey, finding agency in the cycle, and why this knowledge will change your life !!

Men, this concerns you too !! We need more men who are aware of the menstrual cycle and who don't run away when they hear the word 'period', men who aren't scared of women coming into their power and who want to help integrate this knowledge into society.

We’re going to be back in a smaller, more intimate space like our first event, creating real conversations and exchanges which is what this project is all about !

Location still TBC, but it will be either in Hoxton or Spitalfields, with natural wine and other drinks, and delicious finger food.
