One on one personal healing session

Service Description

It is so important to take time for yourself, to focus on being aligned. In these sessions I will create a sacred space for you through meditation, energy healing, affirmations, journaling for anything that is making you feel out of balance and your personal oracle card reading. I will also recommend what herbs you should be working with to bring balance back into your life.
